I was attempting to keep a running thread on the AM forum running a bit longer, by using a tenuous ref to Aston Martin in the title, but the mods helpfully moved it.

It is some sort of anthracite - Dotti R9 if anyone's interested. £13 ish/M2 and very hardwearing. Ideal for garages !

Strictly speaking the tilers should have started in the centre of the garage and worked to the sides so there's an equal size cut both sides , it also allows for the walls running out making the cuts easier .

Hi Paul - in Heswall we have perfectly aligned and equidistant walls :-)

I'll take a guess you have the aviation related number plate on the Aston ?

No - that’s on a silver bigger Aston than mine.

As luck would have it, when we get to the far wall the 300x300 tiles just need cutting in half, so one cut for two edge tiles. Exactly 5m total width with 3mm spacers.

Well having recently bought a lovely DBS, it was time to sort the garage floor!! Thanks guys! Bought 600 tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse, the ally ramps and the place was grouted on Friday and the cars are back home in the garage.
Lovely job

I used a Reno Ramp, as recommended on the original thread
