Rough Rider
scratchchin I had a rough rider (and stompers) except it had styraphone wheels, wasnt remote controlled, and took a single AA battory. Spent years building obstacle courses and playing with them, they were great fun.

That is stunning. How long did it take to get the bodywork this good?

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures, but remember my first RC well. It was a Tamiya Renault Clio Williams of about 94 vintage.

Just had a sort out of all the old stuff from my parents (mainly vintage Tamiya's - loads, some reasonably good condition and definately potential restoration projects, some in peices, but maybe good for spares, a couple of old schumacher and kyosho cars too).

One that's really interested me though, is one that my dad bought me from an auction about 6 or 7 years ago for £35. I haven't really got back 'into' rc cars since i was about 11 (about 15 years ago), so never bothered with it and never really thought much about it.

It's a 1/12th Scale Lambo Countach 'Competion Special' in very good condition, boxed with some spares and all manuals etc. It actually looks like it may never have been used, the tyres are like new!

I've searched the net and not really found much - it must be really rare!!

I did find one that sold in Austria on ebay though for about 460 euros!! Is this really how much they are worth???
