Hi Jader. It's an Aoshima too. Mine's the Garson custom:
Bit of a dodgy body kit, lower side panels fix over the factory bodywork of the shell but it doesn't come with factory bumpers, just the custom ones.
I've seen pics of the same body with a different, less blocky custom kit but assume there's a factory standard version out there somewhere...
Really nice kit though.

Thanks - I’ve got a standard 5th Gen, and the Wingswest version (which is similar to the one you built - you have to cut away bits of the stock body and stick the custom bits over the top.Bit of a dodgy body kit, lower side panels fix over the factory bodywork of the shell but it doesn't come with factory bumpers, just the custom ones.

I just checked their website and they do have a standard version of the 6th Gen - I’ll see if I can track one down and add it to the “I’ll do it one day” pile
A recently completed commission for my, made by a talented member of British Phantom Aviation Group who has constructed a lot of the dioramas regularly auctioned for group funds.
Having seen his work, I asked if he could make a 1/72 version of my restoration project Sea King, ZG875, in the markings and weathering it would have had when written off in 1999. Despite claiming not to be a pro modeller, and being more used to 1/48 fast jets, he's done an admirable job!
It's built from an old Revell 04450 "Nato Tigers" Sea King, as this was the only HAS.6 kit we could find, with decals from aftermarket sheets.
As nice as a larger 48 version would be for the SK, the rest of my aircraft models are 72 and I wanted to keep things in scale, and I'd have struggled to fit a 48 in the available space earmarked for it.
It's now proudly completing the lineup on my "50 Cold War Shades of Air Defence Grey" shelf in my display cabinet

That’s amazing work! Could you (or anyone else) recommend me a weathering tutorial on YouTube by any chance? Using Tamiya acrylics via brush and airbrush. Always loved the look of Bond's Esprit with skis on the hatch so my spare roof box had to go on an inappropriate 993:
Car build pre-dates Tamiya's own "street" version of their GT2 so it's very, very old...and as such is now worth hundreds of thousands so I didn't drill the roof, just relying on tiny squares of double-sided to keep it on at autobahn speeds...off to the 'ring you see. What could possibly go wrong?

Italeri F5 Tiger II, Patrouille Suisse.
This was a very hard model for a novice like me, tough masking and decals, I also had to bodge the gear bays shut. I just need to work out how to display it in flight.
I also need to work on my photography!

May I recommend an acrylic rod up the bum.
