Don't see the problem personally.

You buy goods, decide you don't really want them, and return them.

The supplier charges no restocking fee, have paid to process your payment, supplied packing materials, paid someone to pack and despatch your order, and they want £2.25 back. Sound like good service to me.
The problem is quite simple - they were in breach of the distance selling regulations. Trouble is, I bet most Internet traders have never even bothered reading these regulations as they all seem to do their own thing.

This is power to the consumer smile

Even better news is they have confirmed now that a refund of the £2.25 is being done now that they are aware of my rights smile

I've never had a problem, but then that's because I've only ever been to the shop 10 minutes drive away! Although I've not actually done much with my Rc car for years now, maybe I should dig it out again... scratchchin

Sorry that wasn't really any help paperbag
