The problem is quite simple - they were in breach of the distance selling regulations. Trouble is, I bet most Internet traders have never even bothered reading these regulations as they all seem to do their own thing.You buy goods, decide you don't really want them, and return them.

Even better news is they have confirmed now that a refund of the £2.25 is being done now that they are aware of my rights
