Just took a couple of better photos of my cabinet; top row - minis (apart from the one Imp), second row - 1967 F1's, third row - LM winners, fourth row - 2000 F1's, bottom row - Porsches.
Total collection numbers 634, of which 378 are single seaters, 122 are Porsches, 43 are LM winners and 40 are classic British cars, although some of these categories overlap slightly, also the totals include unbuilt kits, unfinished projects etc. Individual photos of some of the more interesting ones will follow when I can be bothered to do them!

As promised, photos of the more interesting (in my opinion!) models from the collection.
This Williams FW16 started life as an Onyx diecast, problem was it represented David Coulthard's car from the 1994 French Grand Prix ... but Dave didn't do the race, it was Nigel Mansell. I therefore decided to do a detailing job on it, in the process turning it into Nige's Australian GP winner. Remoived the 'non-smoking' decals and replaced them with some proper Rothmans ones i got from somewhere. I don't remember where the driver's name cane from, spares box probably. Lowered the suspension to make it sit right, removing the front axle in the process as there shouldn't be one! Added an on-board camera from a spare bit of white metal. Removed the driver as they never look right and it was the wrong one anyway. Plus a bit of touching up.
This McLaren MP4/18 is much the same. Onyx again, much touching up of dayglo areas, lowering, Marlboro decals added. This time I left the helmet on the sidepod with the steering wheel as if the driver had parked it and walked off. (Andretti, happened several times that year.
Both the above are shortly going on eBay, the one below already has gone. It's an early John Day white metal kit from 1972 or thereabouts, Jackie Stewart's Tyrrell 001. It's supposed to represent his '71 Monaco winner but unfortunately came with decals missing, I hope my buyer managed to find some! I'd replaced the crude mirror supports with guitar strings and added one or two other little details.
In the early 90's I bought 25 Provence Moulage Triumph Spitfire kits, most of which were built for customers.
Here's the kit; it's claimed to be a Mark 2 but is easier to build as a Mark 3:
This is the first one I built, notice it's left-hand drive. Provence supplied me with right-hand drive dashboards for the others:
And here are three I built for customers, note that two of these have the standard wheels from the kit instead of wires:

I've kept three of these to build for myself, one road car and two racers. All the others went on eBay last year.
More up to date photos will be added when I've charged up the camera batteries!

WOW!! Some nice stuff there 4hero, I could look at those photos for hours. (Indeed I have.)
Next up from my random photos, this is a 1935 Alfa-Romeo Bimotore by Top Model Collection. Not a fantastic model so I disassembled it completely, polished the body, did a lot of minor detailing and gave it a new set of photo-etched wire wheels. These are the South Eastern Finecast ones, still available from Grand Prix Models.
Here we have an early white metal kit by John Day, the 1938 Mercedes-Benz W154 driven by the amusingly-named Dick Seaman. The box says "British GP" which would have been a third place at Donington. The kit was built by a friend of mine who subsequently sold it to me, but I originally did the paint job on the body. Again, S.E.F. wire wheels set it off better than the original crude cast ones.
Lastly a Vanwall Streamliner from 1957, tested by Stirling Moss but never raced, hence the lack of numbers. I bought this as a built model, it was originally a kit by Circuit Series, a now defunct manufacturer. However some of them have been reissued by K&R Replicas - but not this one!
More to follow when I can be bothered to dig them out and photograph them.
