Anyone have any recommendations of where to get some nice plastic kits?

Prefer road cars, not too taxing as I am very much a novice (only done an old 300SL Merc and a Beetle convertible about 15 years ago!).

Need something reasonably simple but nonetheless satisfying. Looked in the local Hobbycraft but it's a bit pants smile

TK Max often has a few of the Revell kits in stock. Bargain at between £4.99 and £8.99.

I saw a Porsche 962C last week and should have bought it, but the wife was with me......

Tamiya are also very good though a little more complex, ebay is a very good source and cheaper generally too, all sorts of models available, road cars old and new, detail is awesome too.

See if you have a modelzone store (i think thats what they are called) near you, they normally have a good stock!

Hobbycraft do some fairly reasonable discounts on the Revell kits every now and then.

Was in there the other day but couldn't find inspiration at all! Will keep looking.

Have a look on ebay for kits by Fujimi

They have a huge range , prices are pretty good and they are quite easy.
