Ferrari F355 model, the larger the better
Discussion
I can't seem to find any larger than 1/18, and of those, this seems to be the most faithful in terms of proportions.

It's not released yet and I guess they might also do a non challenge version without the decals.
Nice car btw.

UT have made it in 1/18 scale, about 10 years ago.
What/ who are UT? Is there a website?Did BBurago not produce F355 models?
Defunct company now , One listed on Ebay:

Hot Wheels Elite ( Mattel ) have a more recent version of the F355 , but the hard top is only available in Silver Thus far. Rosso Corsa should follow soon. But the UT model is worth the money.
Bburago are ok , but they are a budget make , so you get what you pay for with them.
Go for the UT model or the HW elite when it is released.
If you have the money then Amalgam do hand built 1/8 scale cars , but they are very pricey!

You were not exaggerating when you said pricey. Blimey! £3000-£6000 for models. You could pick up a Nissan Micra for that.http://www.amalgamcollection.com/en/product/produc...

I had 5 or 6 BBurago 1:18 scale models as a teenager (every toy store and petrol station seemed packed roof high with them), and it was painful coming home to find that visiting younger family members had ripped off wheels or torn off doors. Naturally, mum would ensure the little darlings got the exact model they were looking for when pointing high up onto the cabinet.
My mum would not hesitate to hand over a 3 grand Amalgam model to be tested by the latest generation of 5 year old brats.

I've a Hot Wheels non-elite model in Red which I picked up off eBay a while ago which is pretty good. The UT models are appreciably better though..... and twice the price.MARKEVO said:
i have the ut 1:18 ferrari 355 in red. its part of a collection, mint condition, boxed. could be willing to sell for the right price, if your interested?
Interested, yes definitely. Can you post some pics up please, or alternatively, contact me through the private message facility.I have owned and sold both the 355 Coupe and Spyder Rosso/Crema as UT models (a branch of Minichamps) in 1:18. If bidding on ebay establish the condition by asking the seller for extra photos especially of the wheels. There was a reaction between the silver paint and the plastic base material so many examples have a 'wrinkled' finish to the 'alloys'. This can lead to the paint flaking off where it hasn't bonded properly.
Mine were just about OK as the models had never been displayed and kept boxed in a cool location away from daylight. Both fetched good prices and went to the USA.

My cousin has one and i always thought it would look great on an 8th scale RC chassis, Obv not extremely detailed or in perfect scale. they come up on ebay occasionally
Definitely big!
