Please, tell me ALL about your car!
How long have you got? (Very) long story short, I bought it almost standard in 2003. Started off by fitting the 106 Cup Bilstein suspension, that included different struts etc, thicker rear torsion bars and arbs etc. It was designed for the 106 rally series but they did a "tarmac" version which I'm still running today. No adjustments other than front ride height is a bit primitive but it seems to work well enough and I can't really justify the next step up with would be quite a few £k .
Next up was a supercharger kit from GMC Motorsport. It's a kit meant for the Saxos but with just a couple of alterations it went on fine. I was using it a bit on the road but largely for trackdays. The actual engine is still pretty standard, just forged low comp pistons in there for strength.
Unfortunately the blower made enough power that it popped a couple of gearboxes so I upgraded to a BE4 box off a 206GTi with a Peugeot Sport bell housing (another Cup item) and linkages etc. It's running with an ATB diff.
I went full track-slag fairly soon after with a Safety Devices cage, + seats and harnesses etc.
It was (is) a great little toy on trackdays but in 2008 I fancied some rwd fun so I got a Westfield that kind of took over as the regular trackday weapon. The Pug still got out every now and again but not as often as it should so at the start of last year I got it back up to spec and raced it in the 750MC Roadsports series, their Summer Endurance race and a couple of open races.
Amongst the upgrades for racing I fitted a swirl pot to get rid of the surge issues and went for AP front brakes which are stunning compared to the kit I had on there before. It's not as powerful as a number of the cars in my class but it's reasonably light and pretty good in the wet so I do a rain-dance at every meeting .
Over the winter I've added an oil cooler and a Satchshift gear linkage kit which has improved the gear change considerably. Hopefully the cooler will keep the temps a bit more under control as it's properly on the margins when driven hard for sustained distances on a hot day and it's not very comfy doing a 45 minute race in a suit with the heater on full blast .
Just can't wait for the new season to start now, just under two weeks to go till Donny .
If you've any questions about the car free free to ask.

I've going to save this and use it as reference for mine! I suspect the gearbox might need a little work sooner rather than later, so there's some good stuff here.
Thank you! : )
