One few years ago EVO magazine had a feature on a white R26.R, whose owner was a lady in her 60s/70s who regularly took her car to track days.
Could well be the same car.
Incorrect bumper or at least painted because the headlamp wash blanks are missing. Not R26.R headlights, has fog lights and no blanking plates. As mentioned, incorrect airbag.
It does come up as an R26.R on Glass's Guide but needs a good look around to see why the work's been done and if that's the original Renault carbon bonnet. The spec matches the R26.R master list.
The photos are horrible, been through a filter or low res.
Not one to talk down an .R price but looks a bit strong for 40K+ and no Titanium Exhaust.

FWIW I didn’t see your posts as bragging, just somebody who is very enthusiastic about his new car.Edited by tony dumble on Thursday 25th January 19:12
Looks nice mate, I remember seeing the advert. Perfect specs for me. Congratulations.

It has the wrong front bumper and fog lights for an R26.R. It's either a replica or had the front end replaced.
Precisely this should terrify any one looking at getting an R26.R. Only a handful of years ago it was pretty much accepted that it cost too much money and effort to convert an R26 to a R26.R, however with that gap now as much as £20K (which is perverse IMHO) its got to be very tempting for the unscrupulous. Tread very carefully.NJH said:

There`s quite a lot of info on Meganesport about which spec which cars came with!I have a list of the cars manufactured, one or two have altered slightly, like the addition of a genuine Ti exhaust, and of course while the list shows 159 cars the most I can see registered or SORN at any time since 2009 was 95.
There are others that have been highly modded and a few badly damaged but returned to the road. I'd suggest having one properly checked out before buying because a few specialist car dealers either haven't got a clue about the true spec, or are knowingly passing on damaged repaired cars. (e.g. non-OEM carbon bonnet on one which looked dull a few years back was a good tell-tale)
