Are you sure it's a non-Cup? It has the right wheels and the red calipers.
I did a reg check and asked the dealer who also said it was a non-cup, mentioned about the calipers and said the previous owner must have changed them and he agreed with me. Pretty clean inside and out though.Just sold my Jan '13 RS200 for a BMW 235.
Missing the fun and chuckability of the Clio TBH
One thing I'd be aware of, especially if you drive 'enthusiastically' over rough roads if front suspension lower ball joint wear. Mine needed replacing at 35K miles, and was a non-cup.
Wear con be even worse on cups, and the steering rack is susceptible too.
Having tried a cup when I originally bought it, I'd say that it's better when really pushing it (esp. steering), but std. is better day to day.

In my trawling of all of the car sales sites I have seen quite a large number of cars that have had suspension issues, including broken springs, on their MOT history. Very few mention a new cambelt and water pump, which a significant number must be needing given the 6 year replacement on the service schedule and the age of the cars now.
Given that age I think the challenge will be not finding a car that has no issues, but finding a car where those issues have been sorted. I think the history and invoices accompanying any car will be of great importance. As would negotiating a good deal and having enough money spare to keep up with the ongoing maintenance of the vehicle.
Prices seem to range from just under £7k with most of the newer cars being around £8.5k. There must be negotiating room!
Does anyone know why later cars seem to have a lower CO2 output (190 v 195) than the older cars? Also, do only Cup cars have the red calipers?

I test drove a non Cup 200 today that had the stock seats. I liked it. However, I didn't get to go any quicker than 60 so couldn't appreciate how NVH was at motorway speeds. That's relatively important to me so I may test it again.
Also, is there a way of getting the digital display to show current speed?

NVH is not bad at higher speeds, but rpm in 6th can be high if you like to make good progress on motorways. Also, is there a way of getting the digital display to show current speed?
The only way to get the digital display to show something approximating current speed is to set the display to average speed and then reset it.

Any update? Did you buy a RS200 in the end?
Not sure if you're speaking to me but unfortunately not, after looking into it I really wasn't sure about the car in general, I loved the look of the RS200 but I'm looking for something more easily modified.Particularly interested in the Seat Leon Cupra Mk2 at the moment.
Particularly the ones I can't afford.

Absolutely gutted guys, the RS200 is now up for sale due to needing a deposit for a house. 1 of only 15 and in a immaculate condition with ultra low miles. Took me 2 years to find this spec and condition. The following link is to Gumtree UK so sorry if this is not allowed?

Would you be able to add a couple more pictures of the interior, as there are mods like carbon fibre dipped pieces and things like that it would be good to see the rest of the car inside and not just the recaros? The following link is to Gumtree UK so sorry if this is not allowed?
