Pug 106 Heater Matrix Replacement

Is it a full dash out job to replace a leaking heater matrix in a Pug 106, or can it be done with the dash in situ?

Ive seen people do it in situ but its a nightmare, its easier to remove the dash, just don't use the valeo one, get a good quality alloy one as a replacement.
