Indeed. I remain firmly in love with mine and I'm starting to look ahead to replacing it by April 22. At the moment I see nothing that would compel me to throw in the DS7 keys.
I'd like a close look and a few days borrow of the e-tense, but that seems pretty dear on comparison to the rest of the range. Let's see what they want to sell me. Like the DS9 but think I prefer the Lofty heights of the DS7.

A few weeks into owning the DS7 now , so a quick Update.
Lots to like about the car. The family love it, the interior is beautiful and the seats and comfort are extremely good. It is quite a bold approach DS are taking. The car is a fabulous and well designed interior , sitting on top of an ordinary car. I have rented a few small SUV type cars and the DS does not drive as well as say a Qashqai. But the comfort and interior are in a completely different league to cars like that.
One quirk the car has is that everything is a bit lazy . The starter button you have to hold down for a second or two. Same with the boot . The memory seats move quite slowly. It takes some getting used to but it is like the whole car is programmed to relax you and slow you down. Once you adjust to it and realise it’s not a car to escape a bank robbery from , it is quite a nice sensation.
I am yet to see another on the road, which doesn’t bode well for the sales of the even more expensive ds9 soon to be released.

I have an invite to see the launch edition DS9 at my dealer. It looks lovely and I'm starting the thought process before changing the car in early 22. I'll be trying a hybrid DS7 as well. Might just buy my current DS7 outright.
All depends how keen they are to see new cars!
When is it? Will be very interested to hear your thoughts, maybe on the DS9 thread on here. All depends how keen they are to see new cars!
Mine is 4 years old in April and I absolutely love it. I'm sctually changing to the 2022 DS4 which is slightly smaller. The balloon payment is £15.5k and I'm getting £23k against the DS4 from the dealer. Still see very few DS7s around which is a plus from my point of view.
The Ultra Prestige is well loaded. I have a performance line version as I like the alcantara interior.
The only things I don't like are the wipers, rubbish material, and the reversing lights, which are rubbish.
Happy to answer any specific questions. Friends and colleagues who get in are always impressed.

Certainly not rubbish in my DS7. I didn't take to the watchstrap leather when I've sat in one, but it loo,s great.
Been very reliable. I had a battery fail after a couple of months but other than that nothing.
Did you mean the wipers were rubbish material? Did I misunderstand? Been very reliable. I had a battery fail after a couple of months but other than that nothing.
I have a DS7 in the very top spec - Louvre - and it is fabulous. Absolutely no issues with it at all, it is supremely comfortable, peaceful and beautifully made . Massive amounts of room in back and a good boot. Glides along. I bought it outright as a last petrol family car before I get forced into electric in 10 or so years time.
I rarely confess this but I like driving it more my alpine !

I love the whole driving experience with mine too. Never get out feeling tired or stressed. Smooth Chill on the DAB is designed for a DS7!
I woud happily stay with a 7 but I couldn't get a lease deal at sensible money. I also happen to love the new DS4 design. It comes with the scanning adaptive suspension, which my 7 doesn't have, so I'm hoping to have the same sort of experience going forwards.

That will be lovely. The Ultra Prestige is a great spec. Does it have the watchstrap leather interior?
My DS4 e-tense has, I believe, the same power train and its been a revelation. Feels like I never visit petrol stations any more. Having a charge point at home is key.
I really really loved my DS7.
