Clio D4F 1.2 16V throttle

Hi,
I have a Mk2 Clio 1.2 16V D4F and have driven home through flood water. Initially after driving through the water my car seemed fine and got me home without fault. However, I then restarted the car when I got home and the electrical fault light is on and when I press the throttle pedal nothing happens at all. What could this be? I suspect throttle body/throttle position sensor or the wiring that’s damaged.
Edit: Started the car up today and it’s absolutely fine, must’ve been wet wires or something. Think I got off lucky with that
