Test drive in a trophy tonight. I though cup chassis felt fine and manual felt really solid. We are ordering tomorrow. G2L quote has expired so waiting on that. Renault going to quote me direct but impression was that they were a bit miffed I wanted to lease .. oh well .. probably be an expensive quote. Anyway, still go for sport to get a bit more comfort but could easily have a cup daily after that hour in it.

Such a subtle but aggressive design ruined by those gopping wheels Renault have thrown on it.

There's no place for wheels with a colour trim to them unless you own a GT3 RS in which case colour matched decals and wheels are acceptable!

Yeah if I owned it and had those wheels I’d just be getting those bits painted black it’s a bit out of place

We had a quote from our local dealer, as they’d been good enough to show us round a few cars, but they couldn’t get close to G2L, so I hope you can find a deal still.

Said they’d quote me first thing this morning but no contact. So I’ll go with G2L. A shame, happy to deal with the local branch, makes much more sense. Oh well!

Which G2L offer are you going for?

A regular 280 in titanium grey. 8K miles 251 per month on a 3+23

Paying extra for the maintenance on top (around £18) due to hearing they’re a bit heavy on the tyres, and yearly servicing. Plus the Mrs offered to pay for the car, so why not.

Just filled out the forms tonight and awaiting confirmation.

I can confirm that it certainly is! My V90 R Design went back earlier this week and I also have a 280 Cup.

Snap seems like a lot of us seem to take the same deals! Wonder what 2 years will bring!

I think it was just those initial ten grey 280s that were stock cars. The trophies are definitely factory build.

Treated car to pamper session, colour really pops now & has six months protection coating. Rain just runs off & should be easy to clean smile
