Wasn't a deal breaker at all, honestly if not seeing it on here I probably wouldn't have noticed. You're right a bit of autosol should clear it up and save the dealership pain
Keep us informed if you find any hidden setups.
Checking tyre pressures at weekend, remember my last two being high from shipping.

And delivered. A bit dirty, with the aforementioned “rust” on exhaust, but no worse than what I’ve had delivered before to me. Will give it a good polish over the weekend!

What’s everyone’s service schedule set to? The dealer told me this morning that the clock started ticking when registered, but mine is showing the full 12000/12 months to oil service.
Who was your delivery driver was it the rather large chap?

Under 28 thus far - but that's all town start and stop traffic.
Reset comp & touching 28 only short runs.

Tyre sensors don’t seem to be accurate pressure reading?

Gave it a bath today, couple of small bits of delivery wax removed.
The two rusty areas on exhaust exit cleaned up very easy with some autosol.
Colour is awesome, had lots of comments from people walking by.
Getting a six month coating applied next week & mini detail so car is easy to maintain.
Averaging 27 mpg on my short runs to work.

Mate did my daughter’s fiesta with Sonax after decontamination & machining out all the marks.
Seems good so far water just blows off the car & seems to resist dirt?
Goes on really easy on a sponge applicator he wanted to put a ceramic coat on but the price ramped up a fair chunk?

Sorry don’t think anyone answered this one. Are you guys running standard unleaded?

I used to run my Clio 182 on it and was fine. Just wondered! Test drive delayed until tomorrow frown
Just normal unleaded here wink

Treated car to pamper session, colour really pops now & has six months protection coating. Rain just runs off & should be easy to clean smile

Similar to me, my plan is 3x23, car delivered towards end of Feb.
Following month one payment, followed by three payments a few days later.
Rang ALD to give them a round of f##ks, got nowhere, at least only one payment following month.
Not happy as previous three deals, car delivered & first payment within 30 days, then one payment per month there after.

The factory closed down, but like others I would think June will be starting production, the Feb car should be built just sitting in a compound waiting for delivery?

Even though not used mine much since lockdown due to WFH, still glad I have it for the occasional clear out.
Looking at current deals those of us with these deals did very well?

So glad I bagged one of these, looking at comparable deals on other hot hatches seems such a bargain!
Mates just picked up the Trophy in Red but quiet a bit more on the monthlies in comparison.

Not considered extending what numbers are you seeing, would’ve considered buying but prices are higher than when we got this deal!

ALD won’t let me buy mine I did ask.
Extended from end of Feb to end May but still nothing to be found at a reasonable price.
IF I was looking to pay £400-500 a month leasing, buying a brand new ST3 or similar is the way I will proceed smile

Is that at the same rate? For 3 months more. My first choice would be a 6-12 month extension. 2nd choice is to buy a used car at about £15k
Yes, 3 months at rate per day I posted previously.
Interested to see if you get offered longer?
I am looking at brand new ST3 for 7k more than your budget.

I am on 8400 miles after 2 1/2 years tyres are not far from limit, even swapped front to back to even out.

My mates Trophy did the fronts in less than 4K smile

Don’t think I will lease again as comparable cars are £400-500 & rather buy.

Got ST3 on order but keeps getting delayed & started looking at cheap fun run about, UP Gti ticks most boxes.
