So for those of you whose leases ended in Feb and have extended to end of May, if you are lucky and ask nicely, they may let you extend to end of August. It helps if you give them a specific date in August when your new car will arrive by.

I've extended my with ALD for 3 months.

Also, has anyone else had recall notice for a turbo pipe? One came through the post this morning.

Is it formal or informal for the 3 months?
I had the turbo recall, but had a service due anyway so they did it at the same time.

Mine is due back early August but MG have changed from delivery of July to TBA which is helpful

I don't wanna give the Megane back anyway so that's good to hear they are extending some!

They only offered me informal extensions. 3 months with no car ordered, or 6 months maximum if I had a car on order.

The recall was done on my car at the last service. On the service video, they recommended running at lower tyre pressures due to my aggressive driving. Oops

Just had my third extension approved till end of Nov.
Hopefully my ST3 arrives by then otherwise going to be close for service & tyres!

That's good to know. You with ALD?

Ive extended for 3 months. Was due back a couple of days ago.

That's actually brilliant. Might invest in a new pair of front tyres and set off to Wales then.

I am on 8400 miles after 2 1/2 years tyres are not far from limit, even swapped front to back to even out.

My mates Trophy did the fronts in less than 4K

Don’t think I will lease again as comparable cars are £400-500 & rather buy.

Got ST3 on order but keeps getting delayed & started looking at cheap fun run about, UP Gti ticks most boxes.

Being collected next Thursday done a total of 8800 miles, should’ve gone back Feb22 but lease extension till new motor arrives.
Ordered a ST3 back early 22 & it finally arrives next Friday.
Due to crazy price of leasing in todays climate chose to buy, got a decent deal from DTD & prices for new similar models are 3-6k more.
Still not ready for an electric car being petrol head but who knows where we will be in three to five years?

Collected, going BCA Bedford so will watch to see what it sells for!

Cracking car only let down by the radio & Sat nav, but linking phone & using G Maps solved that.

Had a couple of curbed alloys and a small scrape on the back bumper, no charge.
