Well it didn't!!!!
Two young Guys bought the car, but it was within the guide price shown in the catalogue !!!
Interest was high, with quite a few bidders.
As for the condition, I couldn't base any comment on experience, having never seen one in the flesh before, but it wouldn't be anymore than "fair" in my estimate.
I would love to know if it was a PH'er who bought it.
10% plus vat Buyers Premium to the Auction House, ouch

He says it's 61 but they didn't make the A110 until a few years later plus he refers to a 5Alpine engine but the pictures are 1300 (R8) Gordini engine. With such a low price I'd guess it's a scam.
