At Donnington Park on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th September - Anyone going?

Has anybody been before? I have tickets and am planning to go, whats the camping situation like, want to camp but have limited info on it from the organisers, can I have BBQ, play music at night etc or are they strict on rules?

Yep I'll be there for one of the days. Went a couple of years ago, very good day/s especially for free!

got my tickets already again to go last year was well good and its free! with camping we stayed at a site just by the track down by the hairpin at the end and it was really good, great bar and everybody stayed up late being noisey etc. will try to find a name for it and post it up on here.

got my tickets, can't wait. Not parking on the inner bit though after the 4 hour queue to get through the tunnel last year!

It's fine if you don't want any sleep and the security there is almost non-existant so remember to nail it down it you want to keep it.

Don't leave anything of value in the tent.
In the unlikely event that you can grab a few hours 'shut eye' (i.e. drink enough to pass out) make sure you leave your wallet in your sleeping bag with you or else there is a chance of waking up with your tent open and you cash dissapeared.

There have also been a number of problems with thieves in the car park so wipe the mark off your windscreen and take your sat nav with you......
