As the title sujests. We have a saxo vts which we need to find a gear box for. Will a vtr gear box be the same?

95% sure it'll have different ratios, which it should have being 20-30bhp more power. Same MA box though.

Physically the same box, but as mentioned the ratios are different. It'd be a bit longer legged but would feel a bit more sluggish.

106 GTi uses the same box. S2 Rallyes are similar. The best common one would be a 1.1 box, which in practice isn't much different to the VTS one, although it won't hit 60mph in second like the VTS one does (on a standard rev limiter).
