As per my previous thread, I have now got my 08 GTC and it is superb.
The one item I can not get to work is the memory seats on both driver's and passenger's side.
Have done everything by the book a few times but zero.
Most grateful for any advise.
Thanks
Rob

What doesnt work, the memory itself (ie setting it and then pressing the button to reset to the saved position) or the linking it with the keys?

If you can expand then maybe I can help more

Thanks....it is the memory set and the three buttons.
I have not yet tried to personalise the key.

Get in the car and turn on the ignition
Pop the seats to the position you want.
Press and hold the SET button (nearest to you of the 4 seat buttons) for 1 second
Release the SET button and immediately press and hold the number you want to assign to this seat position for 1 second.

That's it, done.

Move the seats around, then press and hold the number you saved and it should move back.

As for the radio, you cant turn it off, you simply switch to different modes (CD / TV etc) or mute it.
To turn the display off just press the On/Off button.

When you say no avail, what are you expecting to happen?

Mine used to do that, move the seats all the way forward, all the way back, backrest the same all the way forward, all the way back and the same with the height all the way up and down, this will reset the seat and you will find the memory will then work

I have a GT Speed of 2009 and if I let in a passenger in the back the seats go forward but not back in the first memory position. Is this normal? Nobody?

in mine you pull the seat back then press the back arrow button on the side of the seat very briefly once. That should bring the seat into your last used memory position. if it doesn't you will need to do the dreaded seat ecu reset and start again.
