In Car Telephone

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread. 2004 GT with a Nokia 6230i in the cradle (not using Bluetooth). The phone shows up and seems to be recognised however if I try to make a call it doesn't work and won't hang up. Anyone any ideas?

Sorry to re-resurrect an old thread - just got an 04 Continental and for the life of me I can’t get a Nokia 6230 to work with it. I just get a “telephone not connected” message even tho’ Bluetooth is on. Also it won’t fit in the cradle in the armrest (which may be an indicator that I have the wrong model of phone...). Can anyone help me out please? Thanks.

Can you post a picture of your cradle?
Also '04 doesn't have Bluetooth unless it's been added later.

Um that's not the same cradle as mine. Looks like a Nokia 6210 might fit yours, don't forget to remove the the rubber bung on the back of the phone which covers the external Arial connection.
