Hi, i am on the look out for a used facelifted V8s gt. all the reviews ive read and watched suggest the technology ie sat nav interface is very dated, is this the case?

Can i connect my phone and play music or is this option not available?

Is it really that bad?

I don't think it's too bad to be honest.
Connects to my iphone without any problems. Caller display, can make/receive a call using the steering wheel controls or screen.
Can stream music via bluetooth.
Sat nav isn't the best, but can usually update the maps through sellers online.
Personally I stream spotify but have waze also directing me, so the instructions come through the speakers whilst driving.

Its not too bad to be honest. It does all the essntial stuff. Its not the most responsive or highest resolution screen but it didn't bother me one bit. It works as should. It connects to phone all the time, supports music streaming, etc. Sat nav not good but nothing is as good as Google Maps/Waze. I have latest BMW systems yes its much faster, responsive and sharp resolution etc but i still only use it for car settings, make/take calls, music stream.

Thanks for your response guys. Im hoping the general feel of luxury and the sound of a v8s sports exhaust will outweigh the lack of tech.

What year is yours gt?

It was 2014 GT Speed. It was my second GT Speed and both were great. I suggest test drive both v8s and Speed if you can. I much preferred the W12. It felt better suited to the Bentley, it felt more special to me. I have replaced it with DB11 couple of months ago.
