Hi everyone. I have just bought a lovely Turbo R and am looking forward to some European driving holidays. One question I have is that I have been looking for a luggage rack/roof rack but haven't had much luck. Does anyone have any recommendations or know a company that makes such things? Thanks for the help!

It's being serviced at the moment by the seller and I pick her up on Tuesday. Super excited. I'll post some picks and let you know my initial thoughts when I pick her up!!

I'd always wanted a Bentley barge, spent a long time bouncing between Arnage vs Eight vs Turbo R. After having a look at all 3 the turbo R was the clear winner for what I wanted it for- a special high-days and holidays car. Looking forward to getting it. How about you?

I was born in the 80s so in my teenage years the rt was "the" luxury car to have and I do like something a little alternative so I literally cant wait, the car is ready but I cant really collect it until Saturday, will be boring anyone that will listen and absorbing as much info as I can find online. Have you joined any of the clubs? The bdc or the rrec?

Another option is to fit a tow bar and take a trailer!

I fitted a tow bar to my 1990 Turbo R. I tow a small motorcycle trailer on which is my 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa Turbo. The bike has more power than the Bentley but only a tenth of the weight. Last time out I managed 214.441 mph on the bike. Took the Bentley for an unofficial run and got about 140 mph.

Some of my Bentley friends did disown me after I fitted the tow bar.

Lovely. Suspension makes it seem like a magic carpet.
Wind noise a bit disappointing.
Takes a lot longer to slow down compared to bike.
