Continental GT and VW Phaeton similarities and differences?

Hello, as we all know conti gt is based on phaeton, but I wonder which parts are really the same as phaeton and which parts are different? Does anyone have an information?

And another thing I'm interested in, is, for example, how much conti gt's bodywork parts costs?
