Partially assembled ones don't run so well, apparently.

It's funny how the claimed bhp seems to fluctuate so much in each of the links. Some claiming that the output is 1350 bhp? I wouldn't be suprised considering the "9.7 litre Hemi"

Not sounding at all stupid, but doesn't this thing weigh a hell of alot even before all the custom interior, and addition of a bloody enormous engine?

Hehe. This is exactly what I wanted to do to that black one I rang you about last year. Beaten to it. Needs more power though as power to weight is still an issue biggrin

It would look even better with some go-faster stripes, neons, big wing, and fluffy dice.
The should replace the "Spirit of Ecstacy" on the front with "Someone on Ecstacy". Some girl with a mini skirt and a boob tube holding a bottle of water may be more appropriate.
bottle of Lambrini maybe - not water!
Nope, much more likely to drink water if you are on MDMA...ahem, or so I've been told.

I'd say it could well be no heavier than original, or may in fact even be lighter. That space-frame race chassis will be a LOT lighter than the RR original frame and the Hemi won't be that much heavier either...

Modding it using the RR motor would have been a more original & sympathetic touch.

Oh, I don't know, I can see what he means. But seeing as the car is in the US, and big block yankee muscle is cheap and plentiful, there would have been a big difference in the build and development costs on what was probably a tired out old Shadow being used for a base.

Take another look at the pics. I don't think original or sympathetic were on the build sheet. I do like it though!
