Broken Door Hinge on Bentley Continental

Somehow the door hinge (not the main hinges holding the door to the actual car) but the metal 'spring' door hinge has broken which means now when I open the door it swings freely open and hasnt got any stiffness if you know what I mean.

Where or how can I get this replaced without having to turn to Bentley direct! Already checked ebay and few scrap dealers but.....lol not many bentleys breaking atm!

Any help appreciated!
