The acid test of this is where you would leave the car parked unattended. You rarely see them parked in pubs or Tesco.
Hmmm, my car goes everywhere and is a regular at the pub and Tesco hehe No worries about car parks, the supermarket, or dropping off rubbish at the dump in it. It's been parked up side streets and outside clubs in some dodgy parts of various towns overnight too. And it's not as if it's a scruffy example, I keep it quite shiny, the recent repaint cost twice its worth.

I used to have a MKVI, and I remember seeing a group of drunken revellers spill out of a club into the street late one night, adjacent to the car, they were falling onto other cars, but with the old MKVI they managed to sway/dodge away from it "Wotcha car", "It's luverrly innit". It did pick up a mark on the top of the rad though, lipstick, one of the dozy mares had kissed it! biggrin

My 'minibus' is probably the guardian of my sanity as it is used for my escape to the hills along with fishing gear, trail bike or both and the accompaniment of my only household allie 12st of Wolfhound that is not best suited for travel in anything that has more than a rubber mat for an interior, front or rear hehe

Seriously the though the Landy must stay with/without purchase of said Bentley.
Confused. Didn't see a Land-Rover in your garage. I was referrring to the Galaxy. Land-Rover differrent matter entirely - quite understand why must stay. I have one, too, though a few years older than yours, I dare say.
Apologies, my mistake as I had not realised that I'd not updated my Garage in my Profile...Hence I often refer to aforementioned Landy as 'The Bus'...sorry

Warren, if you're still following this thread 'Stand-to Sir', we may be off on a little trip, only to view....of course.
Ready when you are, my fee is a pie and a pint smile
Good man, quite looking forward to catching-up, it's been way to long since our last jolly drink

Im used to getting loads of attention in the Esprit but I think the 80's Roller is a lot of car for the money and it will always be a classy number for any occasion IMO. My girl friends partner is more than happy to drive us two birds around, us in the back seat just to get that attention wink Fun times.
Just super smooth to ride in - lovely feel like a princess biggrin!
