wheel locks for a bentley eight

my father-in-law has had to have his locking barrels for the wheels drilled out as only one wheel would unlock using the key. The Bentley is a 1989 (f reg) 8. Would anyone know where we could locate a replacement set. Another question is, where is the best place to purchase a Avon eagle white walled tyre, we are based in Devon, many thanks,
