Spotted, James Bond's Phantom???

After the success of my last 'spotted' thread, I thought I'd share a strange sight I saw on the Winchester bypass a few months ago.
As I was zipping along, I overtook an HGV low loader with a completely bare Phantom bodyshell on the back. No wheels, no glass, no interior or paint! The wierdest bit was it seemed to be peppered with what looked like bullet holes down one side?
Is this part of Rolls Royce super thorough testing or has James Bond bought one?? Strange it was heading away from Goodwood. Also strange it wasn't on a covered transporter :-)
