I bought an £18 oil extraction pump from e-bay, it connects to the battery via crocodile clips and did an interim oil change on my Minivan in minutes, just remember to get it hot. It took most of the oil out in seconds, just remember to extract again after removing the filter as it removed about a further half a litre. Despite synthetics I still change my oil once a year.
