Anyone getting a F56 JCW?
Discussion
I am enjoying my challenge 210. Ride is acceptable, runflats plus adaptive dampers in sport is certainly firm. Exhaust banging is quite amusing and day to day running costs are very reasonable. Very happy so far, with the caveat that I have a 911 itch that may need scratching quite soon. I have no regrets in swapping my c63 for this.

Are you guys still enjoying your cars? What is the ride quality like in these and the quality of the car in general?
In a nutshell... Hugely enjoying it. The seats have stopped squeaking and it's just the perfect car around London... And then it comes alive on the twisties too.
I have the variable dampers (along with every single other option) and I permanently leave it in the soft setting. It feels 'just right' in every situation.
I thought long and hard about fitting the asbo exhaust, but in the end decided not to. I've now started driving with the rear seats down and that brings the exhaust acoustics in the cabin to exactly where I want them, without making the car any louder outside.
Sadly, I might need to sell it soon as my work is meaning I'm doing a lot more out of town mileage than anticipated, so i end up leaving it at home and opt for the comfort and better economy of a 520d. The JCW could easily manage it though, and I'd happily use it on long journeys if I didn't have the other option. Might hold onto it into the summer but just not using it enough.
I think I posted the spec earlier on this thread. And it's only on about 2,000 miles. Let me know if interested!

Sadly mine is off too as I simply don't use it anymore now that I do the school run in the Disco 4.The seats have stopped squeaking and it's just the perfect car around London... And then it comes alive on the twisties too.

I will miss it a lot

Nick how are you looking to sell yours? Have you had any offers just so I know what to aim for?
I don't think its going to be easy. I had it on a straight 3 year PCP which is what I have always done with my DD's. In reality I would be happy to just hand it back but I reckon its too early in the deal.
There seem to be an awful lot of high spec cars in the dealer network. In addition Tom Hartley Jnr had one a few weeks ago with a mega spec and no mileage for £25k I will have to see what MINI come up with but I guess it won't be what I need so will have to take a view.
Mine has gone up for sale through an agent... advert here FYI:

I will be sad to see it gone... secretly hoping it doesn't sell

Sold in the end for £24k, SOR fee of £1.5k leaving £22.5k. But keep in mind it only had 3,000 miles on it and had every option + mods.
There was quite a lot of interest in it actually!
Mine is virtually identical (ex mods) and I'm not prepared to take a 10k hit in under 12 months. Anyhow had a big swap about and its staying. I still laugh every time I drive it. Was with a motor trade client the other day and he reckons MINI are really suffering ATM depreciation wise There was quite a lot of interest in it actually!
