I might be being daft but your Cooper link throws up some car that is already configurated - the orange one - and I don't seem to be able to make any changes to it. ie edit the colour, or the packs etc. The price shown is £21k+ and I can't remove the options chosen unless you can show me how.

And if I hit Change model, it takes me here -

https://www.mini.co.uk/en_GB/home/range/mini-5-doo...

Is there any way you can get me to the start of the configuration process for a 5-door Cooper model - doesn't matter about the D variant atm ...
The orange one is the standard Cooper S. You configure it from there. Along the bottom of the screen is TRIM LEVEL, EXTERIOR, INTERIOR, PACKS and SUMMARY. Click on those.

Clicking on the "change model" button to the right of where it says "F56 MINI COOPER S 3-DOOR HATCH LCI" allows you to select the 5 door. Then select Cooper

If you cant traverse to it, heres the direct link

Weird! In Safari the link doesn't work (change model) - whereas in Chrome it does (I think)!
That might be one of the things they're bottoming out. Its still very much unfinished...

Yes of course! The base price of the S is £21k+ isn't it - Doh. And so I presume that must come with the Chilli pack - which is why it's on there. My mistake for being a dope.

No probs - Chilli Pack adds a further £1,550 - its over on the RHS to click on.

They've still got a bit of work to do on that configurator, I can see why it's not live!

Screen size doesn't increase when you tick the expensive nav option, and it's all left hand drive.

Indeed. Surprising they are so far behind with this.

Rybrook Stratford Instagram post comments suggest you will be able to buy the UJ lights for your current F56 which is good news for those like me who want them!

I'd be interested to see if there's a software update that will enable CarPlay also....

yes

Must only be a matter of time, surely?

If my car had had them it genuinely wouldnt have left the showroom without the standard ones retrofitted.

My sister ended up buying an LCI S, I couldn't justify a new fJCW in the end frown

I'll see if I can swap them out while she isn't looking hehe On a different topic, would you allow a rogue GT86 on your IJ fundraiser soon?

I think so. I don't mind them, but given the option I'd rather go for the normal lights. I'm sure there are many people that would, too. I'd be very surprised in the next 6-12 months if the UJ, or even the regular rear lights become a NCO.

The UJ basically is the LCI (in looks) so many people will be wanting these on there current F56

Anyone who wants rid of there UJs please let me know I'll buy them haha
Not sure why you would want an older part on your new car but each to their own
They look fantastic I think best rear lights on the market for a small car.

I do like my current LED rear lights though much better than standard ones! But UJ all the way for me.

Its not a matter of wanting an older part, its just not wanting UJ tail lights. They should be a NCO at best.

Pretty amazing considering Porsche had a live UK configurator within 12 hours of officially released the 991.2 GT3 RS, despite the fact they've could have sold each allocated car 3-4 times over.

Just been invited by Listers (Boston & Kings Lynn) to go to see a 'closed sale' of their used stock - some of the used ones they have got have virtually NO miles (just over 100) having been registered since last April! I was half interested in one that seemed to have a mountain of options which must have cost a tidy sum but on further interest, was suddenly told it was NLA ...

Some of the 2017 registered cars are seemingly ££££ cheaper than normal. No new models in yet to see - so extra time spent trying to flog the used ones. And they'll have loads more very soon ...
