HI, i have just bought a 2016 cooper s convertible. .it has media not audio on the little button assembly near the gear stick, but no arm rest. is this the same as media xl.. Harry

How big is the screen? Pictures would help or just check the vin number to get its build sheet

Sounds like you have 6.5 inch visual boost the controller has a orange button in the center

Media XL would have a touch pad in the center of the controller a armrest & the 8.5 inch screen would fill the center dial to the edges

OK,have build sheet, under optional equipment it says Mini navigation system £595. can't check screen size yet because i don't collect the car until monday..thanks, Harry

You could get sat nav on visual boost at that price I'd say it's that

Agreed. Thats Visual Boost and the Sat Nav added @ £595.

Medial XL is a different setup and around £2,000 IIRC.
