GY05 XJL - wanted

I’m trying to get in contact with the owner of a 2005 Mini Cooper S Jcw with the registration GY05 XJL. My father was the first owner of this Mini and I have been searching the classifieds hoping to find it.

Well, it is still a runner, MOTed in April 2018 wwith 62,413 on the clock. They used to show the location of the MOT station but they don't any more.

Max, That is great news, well done Carl - if they'll play ball, which sometimes they won't, you might have got there.
I had a lot of comments on the R53 Owners Club but it doesn't belong to a member, hasn't been seen by anyone, nor passed through anyone's hands.
What I did discover, which doesn't help a lot, is that it was put on a private plate - P1 HCR on 14/1/2013. Seems it has since reverted back to GY05 XJL.
