I have just been to collect a Mini JCW GP that I won in an online competition. Never had a mini before and it’s very different to my other cars but in a good way.l Any other GP owners here?

Why would a 2006 mini be a dream car and promise you don't work for them or are affiliated to them wink

No the airport guys are BOTB, spot the ball type competitions, tried for ages and gave up as the judges pick stupid places for the ball most the time!
I promise I have no connection to the company apart from winning a car from them. Only tried a few comps too.

Was this your car? Only had a few short blasts in it but loving the go kart feel to it.

Yeah that would be nice lol. They’re getting a bit rare now.
Think there’s only around 300ish left in the UK now.
Well enjoy your Gp Phil.

I've just won an R53 MCS with them!

220bhp cool

Gonna pick it up in a couple of weeks. Been buying tickets for 4months and whilst I'd have preferred to win something a bit more valuable....I really can't complain smile

I saw it at their place, it’s a cracking looking car. I was one off the winning number for your draw too (I had 372)! Almost got a pair. Congrats enjoy the new toy.

Congratulations! I entered on the grounds that it was worth the entry price for a chance to add a GP1 to my GP2. smile

Congrats OP

I've had my GP1 now for 4 years, and still love it. When I got mine I made sure to refresh quite a few parts and binned the RFTs. Readers thread here with some of the details on what I've done: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Congratulations! I've entered a few competitions on Elite, but never heard of these other guys.

I also owned this car, fixed loads of bits on it.
Took all the wheels off and massively detailed wheel arches etc!
Look after it! I spent weeks cleaning/mopping it!
