Just had a look at the cars that are being advertised on AutoTrader. They are nice but no wonder they didn't sell out at the asking price.
One odd thing I noticed is that x2 of the cars are on GoodYear and x1 is on Pirelli tyres, both runflats. I would have thought they would have supplied all cars with the same tyres?

I’d buy a low miles GP3 and keep the change
I love a manual but the price is a joke and I suspect some will still be for sale next Easter unless they become 33k cars
Currently running a F56 Sd with a stick shift and the price gap to upgrade is the wrong side of 30k

Doesn't seem to be much interest in these. Now 15 for sale and recently one had a £1900 discount.
Having had my own bad experience with one which led to rejection I can't say I'm surprised. The stripe is a shockingly bad quality that should be nowhere near a £20k car let alone £40k and to add insult the 4 I have looked at have all had serious installation faults and body damage as a result of the stripe application.

There are 16 advertised on AT before looking at other sources. Having had my own bad experience with one which led to rejection I can't say I'm surprised. £40k is far too much money for that car.
I can't really see the point in paying £40k for that when you can get much the same thing still young, for half the price. My recently bought 2016 JCW (with JCW Pro exhaust which you can't get on this) was just over a quarter of the price and pretty much exactly the same car bar a couple of specced up bits that I could take or leave.
Quite funny that they're making out that a manual gearbox that has, until now, always been available on a JCW is something to boast about.
For £40k I couldn't settle for any less than a GP3, although shame you can't get those in manual, but they are pretty mental nonetheless.
