Changing Coolant

I've just had the last free TLC service done (49,800miles on the clock with '725miles to next service' showing!) and they said the coolant was due to be replaced. Being mechanically competent I decided that I would do it myself and save a few £s. Has anybody on here changed their coolant and can pass on any tips? I've done it on other cars before but is there anything I should be aware of that is particular to a MINI Cooper S?
