Im in the process of ordering my new r56 cooper s which im ordering with black jcw wheels, unfortunately as im ordering the chilli pack im left with 17 inch mini wheels. Dealer has offered around £200 for them which i said wasnt good enough..has anybody on here had the same problem???

Sorry to be cheeky, but how much are you getting the JCW wheels for? We're in the market for a MCS and the dealer quoted £1500 to upgrade the black wheels so wondering if thats a good price?

You getting the body kit too? trying to decide if the wheels would still look good without!

The same £1500, im getting the jcw bodykit to. I suppose i could e bay the wheels but at the end of the day im spending well into £20,000 for the car and i thought they would of been able to organise something with the chilli pack wheels.

Hi mate, just to let you know we ended up buying a new MCS today, like you we changed alloys, but to the R99 anthracite ones. They offered a £400 buy-back of the standard ones so they are definately selling you short!!

Bought ours from Stephen James Enfield for info smile

if you can still get 17" 'Bullets' then i might be interested in the 'standard' wheels.

cool.

can you check check what standard tyre size they run now. mines 205 17 45
and if they came with dunlop dsst s that's better because (IMO) the pirellis suck..! runflats are compromised but for runflats the dunlops seem a fair compromise.
