Does anyone know if the 'Works' kit be available on the Clubman? What will it cost and is the new one worth it?

His response to your unfavourable post towards the Clubman.

In other words.......People in green houses shouldn't throw stones.

What driving a Porsche Boxster at 21 is something to be ashamed of!!!! i was only having a laugh because i think the clubmans bloody awful. Not ashamed to be seen in a Porsche for starters and then the fact that in its class its by far the best car for handling and just about everything else!!

The simple fact of the matter is that yes my wife would have prefered to keep her works but the pram doesn't fit in the back. The clubman will now be bought by an awful lot of people who just happen to have small children. As a 21 yr old you "should" prefer the standard saloon nad anyone who teases you about driving around in a woman's car is just plain jealous. Is it that nice blue colour????

Absolutely I totally agree and to have one by 21 you must be very well thought of by your employer, either that or you've got your own salon!

Old man by daytime, young maniac by night and weekend haha. Great stuff. Theres something very special about old supercars that i dont think quite exists with the modern day enzo's etc i would rather have the F40 bags more character than the enzo...likewise with Lamborghini to clincally german these days.

well the reason I was atracted to this thread of all places is that my wife wants to change her S and fancies a Clubman. I think the only way a clubman can look remotely cool is if it had the works treatment.

I asked the question to my local dealer 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

I saw the car at Frankfurt recently and it's one of those cars that I can't make up my mind over. Needs big wheels for sure.

The other problem is you can't have the roof in white so it will have to go to a local bodyshop to be painted before she takes delivery!
