Mini Cooper performance mods?

Im new to the world off the mini..

I've recently purchased a british racing green cooper, I'm after some advice to get a little bit more out of it.

I've upgraded to a miltek full exhaust system and I was thinking of getting a lohan?.. bluefin remap?.. + 10bhp and a panel filter?

Has anyone tried these or can anyone reccomend anything else?

Any advice would be great..

They've reccomended new iridium spark plugs, a new panel filter and a remap.

Total + £395 for an extra 10 bhp + better performance...

Any thoughts?...

Definitely worth the plugs, filter and Bluefin and very easy to do. Did it to my wife's Cooper and it seems to rev a little freer and is more responsive.

I am sure it's not psychological.

Would only be allowed to do the exhaust when the original goes but at 12k miles in 4 years it may be some time away yet.

£604 for the same package and to have new kw springs that will lower the car 35mm..

I'm still a little unsure on the whole pimp my ride thing..

I wouldn't gaurantee 10bhp, you'll get a more responsive map, but it's not a tailored map.
