Independent Mini specialist - Midlands

Hi,
Can anyone recomend an independent BMW Mini specialist in the Midlands area? My partner needs to get her disks and pads changed and has been less than impressed with the customer service offered by the main $tealers and would rather take her business elsewhere.
The car is out of warranty now, so the time has come to find someone who actually cares about the work they do!
