Cooper S car tax

Does anyone have their V5 to hand for CO2 emissions on cooper s (02). The manual says that cooper s has 194 g/km which according to everything I have read falls into car tax bracket F this year yet my tax disc says G?!?

Then in J under the 09-10 tax scheme.

Can anyone clarify?

It's just cost me £210 for 12 months tax for my 52 plate Cooper S.

V5 says 202 g/km.

No idea about bands though.

Is yours pre or post facelift?

The pre-facelift are a band lower than the facelift minis.

Perfect really As they're longer ratios as well meaning when they're tuned they're perfect

Mine is reg 14.6.02. How do I work out whether it is pre or post facelift???

So what is the emissions reading; 194 or 202 ??? If it is 202, why does the manual say 194 ??

Ours is 209g/km. 05 Cooper S.

£210/year > £300 next...

These readings are all over the place. However, they may end up being irrelevant if the government does a u-turn. I await my v5 to see what mine says!! Thanks for your help.

Now got log book; 202 is the co2. Strange as that is not what the manual says! Anyway it falls in K for 2009-10 which is £300. Not too bad, I suppose.

Not too good either, think due to use mine is getting changed to a Diesel.
