Labour for the fitment of the clutch apprx £250 + clutch + vat

The Comp clutch is good but the flywheel does take a bashing so it will need to be checked for heat cracking and so on.

Labour for the wheel bearing £45 + bearing + vat
I would only fit the Genuine unless a proven quality one can be provided.

Hope that helps

No,the engine stays put....subframe down and the box comes down....
Most take the rad,etc out and do it that way and take it through the front.

The thrust bearing should come with the kit

When we had the competition clutch fitted it appeared to have a rattle to it which we understand is the thrust bearing but do you think a standard clutch would be as good as a competition version forza

Car is runng just over 220bhp for reference.

Thanks

Could be several reasons for the rattle...more than likely the gap between the presure plate diaphram and the bearing is too large ie 2-3 mm allowing the bearing to vibrate and chatter...whereas on the standard it will sit against it.

The competion clutch will work much better with the worx kit especially if you are doing fast road or track....if you are a light driver or normal driver then the standard is just as good.

The competion clutch has a faster reaction time ie it engages and disengages faster...allowing faster gear change.

Also if you do alot of fast road or you decide to increase BPH further then the standard clutch will fail alot quicker than a Competion clutch. If fact the standard is likely to slip from the word go as it is unable to handle torque.

Think I will go for another competition clutch Forza.
Thanks for the info mate
