Hi all,

My wife collects her first Mini on Jan 8th here in Holland - a Cooper S in British Racing Green with white roof, bonnet stripes and mirrors.

She was going to have a union jack flag on the roof but then I saw a helicopter landing pad roof recently here on a new Clubman and thought that was superb !

Other than the standard BMW dealer offerings what do you all have on your roofs and is there a range of after-market / non-BMW decals ?

Thanks
Steven

It's funny - I would have expected BRG to be more popular than it is. The BMW dealer here in NL said this is the first BRG mini they have ever ordered in nearly 4 years of selling mini's, and looking through the picture thread on here there appear to be very few Mini's in BRG ??

My roof is electric blue, same as the rest of the car. But I do have a panoramic roof, so can't really change the colour anyway!

Phil at Mini Pirate uses 'vision vinyl' (loads of tiny holes in the vinyl) when he covers sunroofs, lets the light in without spoiling the look of your roof graphic.

On my current car, just my GP number.

But this was my first R53 MCS to show that anything can be done wink

I was the first to have a full scale photo image on my roof, and others have since followed.
