Body colour coding JCW

Took the plunge and ordered my primed JCW aero kit from BMW (For my Sep 2004 JCW).

Few questions

1. Got a quote to paint and fit with colour coding of arches for £690
2. Is there any value in the original bumpers they are Cooper S standard fit.

Anyone done this I am interested if the respray price is right. I reckon it's a fair bit higher than it should be as the kit is already prepped.

Thats not too bad for the whole lots as there is loads of preparation in the arches.

The old bumpers and skirts should make it on ebay to fech you a small sum as the one and cooper owners like to upgrade to the S

Just got a quote from the BMW bodyshop

£992 plus VAT = £1140.80

Now I know why insurance is so high. It is a primed bodykit and a few pieces of plastic FFS.

Suffice to say I have declined their quote.
