Is the R53 subject to Condition Based Servicing (CBS), i know my current R56 is but, for example, the Z4 and X3 arent subject to CBS and as such need servicing every 2 years at a minimum. Might be worth asking on the Mini forums about the R53's servicing schedule or ring a few dealers...

Ok well if i go look at the car this weekend, i shall call the supplying BMW dealer to ask what the deal is re servicing.
