John Cooper works mini Exhaust (Twin centre pipes) Help !

Hi guy's, my son wants to buy a mini cooper and spec it up like the challenge car, he wants to add the central pair of exhausts.

He's looking at a Mini Cooper R56.

Does anyone know if this exhaust will fit, someone told him that the battery box is in the way for these pipes, we know we will have to fit a new rear bumper/diffusers for central outlet.

I'm not sure about fitment, but if he wants a second hand JCW silencer then I've got one.

The battery is in the front on the newer editions and only the cooper S old spec had the battery in the back.

You may be missing some brackets but almost any exhaust shop will be able to fit it

I dont know all the parts that would require changing but you would at least need to change the rear bumper. If it was me I would go to my local BMW dealer and have a look at the back of the two cars next to each other. If you know were you are going to get the pats from they should also be able to advise you.
