I've just noticed I've got a Xenon bulb out. I've switched LH and RH over to confirm it is the bulb and nothing more serious and have ordered a pair online for £84. BMW (Sutton Coldfield) wanted £113 for one.

The bulbs will be with me on Tuesday, but I need to get from Tamworth to Leeds and back tonight/tomorrow.

Is it worse to run just one headlight or drive there and back on main beam?

put your main beam on facing oncoming traffic and they are likely to blind you back by putting theirs on, You would need to drive with one headlight if nything is in front of you or coming the other way, but could use main beam if it was clear. no front fog lights?
