I'm not local, but was in the area over the weekend...
Anyway, on Friday 11th, spotted PH Staff Dan in the C63 AMG 507 Estate - I was in the PH Smiley equipped Silver Vectra VXR you passed and was then behind you from Silverstone-ish on the A43 right up to Northampton.
Thanks for giving it a bit of bean when you pulled away alongside us as we went separate ways, appreciated the lovely lovely V8 tone!

On the A6116 this morning, I passed a maroon 63 plate GTR, a gleaming black E-type, and very nice sounding Mk1 Escort in bright lime green, stripes and wide arches. Presumably they were on their way to Rockingham for something, either way, it certainly made the morning commute a touch more interesting!

2 Messerschmitt bubble cars heading West on the A14 near the Keyston turn.
Yup, I saw them too, was in my Chimaera still with RAF roundels on from Le Mans so it tickled me a bit when I gave them both a toot, especially as I think they were both German registered. Both in really good nick, I assume they were on their way to Wicksteeds for the annual bash.Had a leisurely drive around Northants and Rutland on Tuesday. Decided to stop off and have a stroll in Stamford and saw a white Maserati coupe with go-faster carbon fibre aero bits, white Chevy Camaro (the current ones), blue Lancer Evo IV and two Fezza Californias: red one and white one.

I visited Stamford about three weeks ago and saw a red California. I wonder if it's one of the locals using it as a daily driver. Gassing Station | Northamptonshire | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
