Ok everybody. We can't be doing with having Billy no mates at the Red Lion. So, put Sunday June 4th in your diaries and get yourselves down to Evenley for the monthly meet at the pub.
Hopefully the weather will be kind to us so look forward to seeing a varied collection of tasty cars.
See you there 😎

Went at 1100 last month. There were only a couple of very friendly guys with their Porsches, but there might have been more people earlier. Pub wasn't open.
Sadly I can't make tomorrow, but I'm thinking we could join forces with the Silverstone Social Classic Car people who now seem to have a thriving set of meets going in the area and a well organised website. According to their website, the next one is tonight at Roade (6pm - 8pm) and then next Sunday at Turweston Airfield.
Like the Evenley meet, they say they are happy for anyone with an interesting car to turn up - it isn't just classics.

You get a few moans from people moaning about new stuff turning up that is not a classic, mainly MX5 owners and MG ZS ownersLast event was ok and a good eclectic mix, think they are going down a more membership route in the future so will lose its charm
